EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) certified; Clinical Hypnotherapist; Specialist Social worker in adoption and a British Association of Play Therapists registered Play Therapist. Tracie teaches and delivers workshops globally on Attachment Theories, Therapeutic Life Story Work, Animal Assisted Play Therapy and Filial Therapy. Her AAPT program, Turn About Pegasus, works with a wide range of children and families and operates year-round in rural north Northumberland in the UK. She is a cofounder of the International Institute for Animal Assisted Play Therapy ®. Tracie has written extensively on AAPT and her co-authored book Animal Assisted Play Therapy (2017) won the coveted Maxwell Prize (2018) under the category ‘Human Animal Bond.
